A Question Of Length

After several years of persuasion,  "her indoors" has finally agreed to a motorhome. For ease of driving and parking etc we are looking at a van conversion. The 6 metre size seems to be the most popular but I am atttracted to the slightly longer Vantage Neo at 6.4 metres as it  does   feel more spacious and I think it will be more "wife friendly". My question is - will the extra half metre make much difference to driving and parking etc. All views most gratefully received.
