Welcome John and Jacqui.  Bravo to you for doing what you feel is right for you.  It would take us eons to declutter even to move house, never mind selling up.

Enjoy your freedom.

Well done and welcome from a Coachman and Sorento owner.  There’s been discussion amongst a few Coachman owners we know about the Dometic loo that the 2019 models have fitted.  You need to grease the rubber  seals that the grey flap slides into. I use silicon grease about once a fortnight and spray the rods with Thetford silicon spray. This keeps it smooth and easy to slide.  See handbook.  Don’t forget to drain the hot water every month at least so that a new bubble forms in the tank.  Sorry if you already know all this.

Hi there,

Where do you plan on staying for the 6 months in the UK as we have done the same and are busy looking for where we can pitch our van for months at a time rather than paying nightly fees! We thought of taking on a seasonal pitch.

Any advice from anyone at all would be greatly welcomed!

Cheers Helen & Ray

There is a card in this months mag. detailing storage fees (if needed) and seasonal pitches for varying blocks of time at club sites. I hope you can find something that meets your requirements.

Enjoy your new life.
