New returners

I have posted already, so not really new. But have not yet picked up first caravan since 1986, only a week to go now. Getting excited at planning trips. One question I have not seen info on. Bedding! When we last caravanned we all slept in sleeping bags. Since then we have had a boat, and always used a duvet and stretchy sheets. We do not have a fixed bed, but the seats make a kingsize when made up. What do you all recomend? I hate the idea of bags.....but do we need a topper before the sheet? Where is it all going to live??
