Great to hear from you Lyrinx and all the best for your first caravan purchase.  It would be useful to try and take an experienced caravanner with you when you get your caravan.  At the moment, caravans are in relatively short supply, so it's not the best time to pick up a bargain.  In particular check caravans for damp (with a damp meter) and avoid like the plague.  Personally, I would buy from a dealer with some form of warranty, so you have some form of 'come back' should there be major problems.

Thanks David, I know someone through my reenacting who is helping me with choosing and checking them out, I'm in no rush to get one, I'll probably end up purchasing around January February time
