Hi Bluemoon.  Welcome to Club Together and to the wonderful world of caravanning.  All the very best for your first outing - don't think you have to wait until the Spring - many caravan all year round.  We're off next Monday for a few nights at Blackpool South CAMC site.

There are no silly question, by the way.

All the best.

David

Cheers, well we have a weeks school holidays coming up so no doubt we will be taking our maiden voyage, somewhere local like Blackpool or Southport will probably be ideal while we get used to driving something of that size

A warm welcome to the Club and CT from me too Bluemoon73. We have recently returned from a week at Burrs Park Club site, a regular on our must visit again list.

Getting to know what to do when first starting out is all part of the fun. Don't be afraid to ask questions on this site or even neighbour and wardens on campsites as we have all had to go through the learning process. When you do set off for a site though, don't leave your sense of humour at home.

Do let us know how your first trip goes.

Local  sites  are  always  ideal  for  trying  out new  toys,  'cos  you  will  be  able  to  nip  home  for  the  tin  or  bottle  opener  wink  especially  to  drown  your  miseries  when  sport  results  don't  go  your  way

And a  slightly  belated  Welcome  to  the  Fun House  laughingcool

P.S. / Edit  I've  heard  of  a  "Barm -- Pot"  but  what's  a  "Muffin -- Pot"   please

It is a debate in these parts as to what is the correct name for a Roll/tea cake/muffin/barm or whatever its called in your area, In greater manchester the split is between muffin and barm and causes arguments to break out on many forums
