Hi, everyone :)
My name is Tanya and I have never owned, towed, stayed in or had anything at all to do with caravans ... until now!
Today I found the most perfect caravan for me to start out with - she's a 1990 Sprite Musketeer XL 4 berth in great condition with no damp and everything working wonderfully that belong(ed) to a customer of mine.  Comes with a full awning and all the extra's I could possibly want - she's literally ready to camp in as soon as I can bring her home :)
I'm stupidly excited as I have five dogs and two cats (I'm a pet groomer lol) and, for me, this seems like the most perfect way for me to have holidays and enjoy my time away with my babes.

I have to admit though that I'm a little daunted.  I shall be going it alone so have a huge learning curve on how campsites work, how caravans work and how to hook a van up to a car in the first place!

Does anyone have any advice to offer a hugely inexperienced caravaner with an old but good van on her first journey's alone out into this new adventure with a car full of four-legged friends?

Oh ... I also need to insure her...
