Wi-Fi

Anyone who has tried to use the Club Wi-Fi service in the last few years will have undoubtably been very frustrated. Under the last provider I took out  a £40 subscription and although I use the club extensively, only used about half my subscription. The new provider Angel offered a very good value annual fee of just £25 which I took up. Unfortunately because of the poor reception quality that also went mostly unused. This is not the fault of the internet provider, but the unrealistic ambitions of the club. Wi-Fi is not like television signals, it is a finite supply which depletes rapidly with the distance from the router and also with the number of users. To expect a good connection for someone hundreds of yards from the signal and shared by an infinite amount of useres is just not realistic.
