Whose responsibility is it to clean up posts?

I know it’s not always easy to stay on topic and as time passes the original post can be lost in the banter but I really think discussions that are highlighted and asticky”, should be separated from the chit chat.

A typical example of this is Rowena kindly started a new topic in the CL section for new CL’s to announce themselves on the network, great for new CL’s that will miss the new directory, however  we now have seven posts nothing to do with New CL’s. Last month the Late availability section was taken  over by a discussion regarding pitch fee’s and electricity, is it not possible to move these posts and start new topics with the questions asked or don’t we have enough staff volunteers available to sort it?
