Use of upper case text in thread titles and posts

Can we politely remind people that the use of upper case text is considered shouting and is against our T&Cs and, as such will be removed.  

To use upper case text, particularly in the title of a thread to 'attract attention' is unfair on those who abide by the rules.

Unfortunately, although we can amend the title, it still displays on the right hand side in the original format.
