I am trying to add a profile picture which is the correct size (not too big), appears on my profile when opened but disappears once I try to update profile?
Thanks

Hello Little Lamb. I'm so sorry you are having issues with this. First try and clear your cache. If this doesn't work there is a known defect and I'm chasing our IT team for a resolution to this issue. In the meantime I sincerely apologise for the problems you have experienced.

Normally when I post photos I already have them in the photo directory on my pad, so reduce their size in an app and then add them by using, the Add Photo button and selecting photo library.
However, the other day I didn't have the photo I wanted so thought I would use the other option, (available on the Add Photos button), of Take Photo or Video. When pressed this as expected access the camera and lets you take a photo, then automatically tries to add it to the post. However, as it does not resize it you of course get the message that the file size must be under 500kb. I am a little confused as to why this option is available. Are there any devices capable of running CT (I say this as it won't run on my ancient Android phone) that are going to take pictures with file sizes less than 500kb? I would have thought it unlikely.
ps. It also did not save the photo anywhere, so there was nothing to resize, if that was what is intended when using the option.
