Firstly, I just wanted to say a massive thank you to all the members who very kindly took time out of their day to feedback on the new form before it went live on the Club website. Your feedback was really helpful and the team involved really appreciated it.

Now that the contact us page is live we would love to still get your feedback. If you have any thoughts you would like to share please fill out the form HERE

Thank you. smile

It’s working for me. I haven’t made direct contact but it’s giving me the opportunity to do so.

iPad iOS 14.6 using Safari.

I got through this time. Submitted my responses. Nor sure they'll like them. Was I supposed to be able it live?? Odd colour combination.

Rowena - it doesn't seem to be working.  Whilst I can get the feedback form, if I try to select any of the categories - Caravan Cover, Membership etc, nothing happens.

MacBook Air. Big Sur 11.4, Google Chrome.

I had the same problem..included that in the comments form. Also could read all of the contact us items as 2nd line of boxes covered by the feedback form again included in the comments but I wasn't sure if that was deliberate.

This forum seems to have the 'new'colours orange and burgundy as well as the original green. Trying to meld old and new bits and not a full overhaul?? Again I included this in my comments.

Might be where all the website and forum issues lie?? I have an orange bar at the top of the page but other bits are the original green colours...

Not sure that colour bit is explained well.

I think it's just giving you a glimpse of the form and is asking for your views etc. No problem with any colours for me, it's all very subtle and plain, both on my laptop and phone.

The idea is to have a look at the Contact section and then use Ro's link to make feedback on that form if you want to.

The form is purely temporary for feedback. The real thing is at the head of the page, ie Contact.

I assumed it was just a glance at the page for us to comment on.

The colours don't bother me but my point was more

A) what are the club colours these days? - the name, logo and colours all changed a good while ago 😉

B) colours are not consistent throughout, be they old or new

C) curious as to melding of old, green colour bits of the website, with the newer 'improved' bits of the website. CT is an example of the green, members, top bottom on the page, chat, navigation, new and search all in green but very top line on my phone block of orange as is the CAMC logo.

I'm no expert on IT use let alone set up 😱🤣 but wondered if the issues folks have with the clunky website came from old and new? Wouldn't have given it any thought other than old and new colours.....

I've just done a run through B2, so that I can understand properly what you were saying...

The "orange bar" appears to be for Covid info and updates, there is a cross at the right hand corner of the banner so it can be removed if you don't want to read further details. (The cross is barely visible, anyone with colour blindness might struggle.)

I suppose at present CAMC are having to pack a lot more information onto the web site than usual. However I only see all this if I hit the "logo."
