Suggestion: New Section with supporting Categories

Forgive me for thinking and typing at the same time, which on many an occasion does produces rubbish; however:

How about a new Section called "Areas for Development" with relevant supporting Categories - perhaps I am trying to say a section for all the multiple grumbles that some CT'rs seem to have; such as:

Section: Areas for Development

Categories:

 - Dogs

 - Wifi

 - Arrivals

 - Rule breaking

 - Wardens

 - etc

I'm sure you all get my line of thought. However, why - as we have far too many Categories already some of you may voice.

Well, in my humble opinion, when I take my daily canter through CT I personally find it a little soul destroying and my thoughts leant towards how it may be a more positive experience for new or seasoned CT'rs if the grumbles were all kept in one place and the more positive aspect of the Club and CT could shine through.

Just a thought.......

An interesting thought, Mick. My concern is that such a section would quickly become overloaded while other parts of the forum remained empty and dwindled away into oblivion.

It would also put the emphasis on the negative which I can't see CC being happy with.

I personally like to see negatives interspersed with the positives, it sort of balances out the Forum as a whole rather than one section where depression will set in and I contemplate the Humber bridge.

There's already far too many sections to have to trawl through, we don't need any more cluttering the forum up

some days the posts seem to be all negative and another day they all seem positive, just the way it goes , at the moment i'm in a positive moodHappy, but tomorrow could be different......

I prefer the forum as is.  You will always, on any forum, find positive and negative people.  Having both types posting on the same threads makes for more balanced discussions.

Good points and thanks for the feedback.

I think my takeaway is that as CT negativity typically does not reflect the reality of CC sites and campers, one should not be too critical of the forum format - if that makes sense......

As an applicant for wardenship there doesn't appear to be a section to cater for this subject.

No, why should there be?

Mind you, if you're serious about becoming a warden, you might pick up a tip or two by reading this forum.
