From time to time individual staff members provide feedback to queries raised on CT.
Given that the avatar simply states "staff" we have no way of knowing what that individual staff member does or how senior he/she is and therefore have no way of knowing if this is just a staff member being helpful or if indeed the comment is from a staff member with "authority" over that particular area.
Would it not be more helpful if the staff member commenting gave their designation or job title?
