PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING.

This thread is not for discussions. Post ONLY factual information.

To provide a comprehensive list of problems encountered, I would suggest that each post lists only one issue at a time.

Provide details of problem  as concisely as possible.

Operating system, machine used and relevant software. i.e. Macbook/ PC/tablet, Windows XP/ iOS7 etc, Safari/Internet Explorer/Chrome inc version No.

Please do not enter into discussions such as "I've had/not had this problem" as this will detract from the objectivity of the thread. Hopefully this thread may assist the IT department in finding where "all the bodies are buried".

PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING.

On the Discussion's opening page it is showing Tinwheeler's post from the 26.10.18 as the last post in this section!! There's no sign of any of the posts made during the last couple of days.

Edit

Now it's showing this post as the latest....what is happening??

The last post aspect still not fixed.  In overseas section the Poland post last commented on on 23 Oct is showing when there have been more recent posts

Thank you also to the web contact team for responding to my e mail although I believe this has been forwarded to Rowena so I hope IT will offer a fix?

I just noticed that too (not looked at CT today until now).  Also there was a post yesterday in "New to Caravanning etc" which was dated the 23rd, yet I'm sure I hadn't seen that before yesterday, the 30th!  Is it something to do with that date, the 23rd?  Probably way off the mark, but it seems a coincidence.

The really annoying thing is that this is an old issue that has resurfaced. They fix it and then screw it up again a few weeks later. You couldn't make it up.

I see that the "New to Caravanning" section is showing it's latest posting as 20.10 18 when in fact there has been made yesterday, 2.11.18. Can't the club's IT dept not get anything right? It's has been going on like this for weeks now.

I noticed the full website went down for essential maintenance at 11pm yesterday. Presumably because it seemed to be having problems staying upright most of the day.

Seems to be working OK currently.🤞

I wonder if they fixed anything.😂

It was down for a while the other morning without warning for "Essential Maintenance". The lack of any prior warning is clear evidence that it is firefighting rather than any sort of planned action. The IT team are clearly out of their depth as, it would appear, are the management team as they are blissfully unaware of the situation.

I see that web site maintenance is planned for Friday 16th Nov, we appear to be back to square one regarding discussion posts getting out of sync. This is making it difficult to follow or find anything on the forum.
