Smileys and emails STILL not working!!

It's been awhile now and yet the only way you can get smileys to show up is by editing your post and reposting it. We were promised this would be fixed ages ago.

I don't know about any one else, but if I click on to follow a discussion, I used to have an email sent saying there was a new post. This has stopped working for me for about two weeks now.

Please IT department, get it fixed
