Should Ask the Expert answers be available earlier

I asked a question two weeks ago.  I think the system is that the expert answers all the questions in one go and then the lot get posted.  As it is, after two weeks I still don't have an answer to my technical queryto the current expert.  Luckily I've had one response on the members' discusssions but I'd still like an expert opinion.  Anyone else feel that two weeks lag (and no idea when the answer will actually come) is too much?  Maybe a weekly interim set of answers would be sensible.
