There seems to be no formal process (that we are aware of) that records these errors, evaluates and prioritises them, adds them to a sequenced priority list, resource and cost them, schedule them, create a fix and implement them.

for all we know (despite Ro's efforts to convey the info) that ma6 be the end of the line🤷🏻‍♂️

As someone who spent their working life 'in the IT business' i find this approach bamboozling....

To be fair, we don’t know that is their approach. We don’t know because we have no need to know the work processes - assuming there are any - so most of what we post is pure speculation. That doesn’t make the end result any more acceptable though.

Essential maintenance again last night and today, as in the past, the discussions thread is all over the place with multiple very old threads at the top of the list. I presume it’s just collateral damage from what ever else they were trying to sort out.

Don't know if others have not been able to access the site today, but I have had trouble the evening both on my Kindle and on my Iphone because of "internal server error" again!!

Still getting them. Sometimes they clear quickly. I don't have a set time to pop in, so can't say exactly when.

Also can't believe how often the site has maintaince!! Yes I know it usually starts about 10pm but often? Once or twice a week?! Most weeks, once very unexpectedly on a Sunday. No idea how long it lasts - usually gone by the following day.
