Rowena please chase up the CC IT team

I have written posts on various threads, I have emailed Rowena twice, but a number of us that use a major browser like Firefox still cannot create a new discussion!

It has been TWO weeks since the update and firefox users are still being penalised.  If this was a proper commercial organisation, the CC would have gone down the pan years ago!

How many commercial companies stay in business when their core business is running at a severe loss?  I am really gertting annoyed with the inadequacies of the CC addressing major problems regarding their school boy approach at trying to upgrade the website. 

I noticed there is no smily for "mad"!  I wonder why?
