Ive looked all over the site but cant find a place to leave a review, where do I do this

When we leave a CC site we get an email saying 'welcome home please leave a review' well Ive tried this but the thing wont buffer, now ive looked over the site and cant find the right area.

Probably me, but can someone point me in the reet direction.
