Agree brue. This website has never been fond of Apple devices, although it has been better lately. I cannot change my avatar on my iPad, have to use the Macbook, which is a much older device. A couple of weeks ago, I actually had two profile pictures running. If I went into my profile I got Maximus the Gladiator, but my avatar was still showing Choccy Dog. Then all of a sudden (couple of weeks later) it righted itself.🤷♀️

Thanks for the help. I have tried on my iMac running latest Catalina os
Windows 7 laptop with IE 11 and Chrome
Windows 10 laptop with IE 11 and Microsoft edge
None of these work for me, I've been beaten!
In the great scheme of things its not that important.

Posted on 28/06/2020 19:06 by MethevenBecause Adobe Flash is open to attacks most, if not all browsers will block it by default even after being downloaded.
Microsoft Edge browser blocks it, click on the security lock in the address bar of your browser, then Site Permissions, then look for Adobe Flash, then Allow it.
Chrome browser blocks it by default, click on the security lock in the address bar, you should see Flash, allow it.
Other browsers or operating system I don't know, but because Flash is old hat now and prone to attacks you will have to allow it in your browser settings somewhere.
Once allowed and in 'Your Profile' you should see something similar to the second picture.

Thank you Metheven. The option to change the photo was stopped because of pop up blockers. I followed your instructions and it appears to have worked on my profile. I assume there is a delay in it showing on here but I did manage to up load it.
Thank you everyone for your help.

Hopefully it will correct itself.
It's odd, its showing in the my profile at top of main web page i.e. "profile information" but not showing in the Club Together my profile and in discussions. If I click on edit profile in that Club Together it takes you back to profile information arggh!!
Please let me know if I need to do anything else.

Posted on 30/06/2020 12:41 by DavidKlyneI have just looked at your profile and I can't see a photo, it just shows a small square indicating an upload issue. Have you cleared your cache to see if it still shows after that?

I've cleared my browsing cache and restarted the computer but have the same issue. I'm not sure what the square was on the profiel photo it has been there ever since I logged in.
Same as before it's showing in the my profile at top of main web page i.e. "profile information" but not showing in the Club Together my profile and in discussions. If I click on edit profile in that Club Together it takes you back to profile information

After allowing Adobe Flash and changing my Profile pic, I always block Flash again. If any site needs it (very few now) my browser will let me know.
If in 'My Profile', you can see your piccy and have saved your profile before coming out of it, then as others have said clear your cache and then refresh the page but give it all a few minutes whilst the cogs turn on CAMCs servers.

I use MacBook Air running OS Sierra 10.12.6.
There is no option to add a profile picture on my Profile page. I have tried installing Flash but ended up with Yahoo taking over my browser and all sorts of other rubbish on the MacBook. After spending hours getting rid of the rubbish I decided that it's not possible to upload a profile picture.
As someone said earlier it's not the end of the world but surely in this day and age it shouldn't be that difficult?
I was however, able to upload the below photo to this comment.
