Printing CL details and the CL Map Search

I'm not sure if this has been discussed before as it is almost impossible to find anything on this forum as it is the most unwieldy and confusing forum I have ever been on !

Anyway - When printing any CL details, most of the things I want to see on the printout have disappeared, such as - the facilities - ehu, wc, Adult Only, hardstandings, acreage etc. This seems to be a recent 'feature' as I have printouts from last year that are fine !  

On to the Map search. It seems to take no account of the facility check boxes. So I am unable to display, for example, all the adult only sites on the map. Plus when I do pick a CL on the map search and go into the details, when I return to the map search, I have to start all over again as all my search criteria has disappeared. This is extremely annoying so I no longer use it. 

Do you actually do any User Testing before allowing a new release of software ?
