Hi everyone, hope 2016 has started well for you all.

I just wanted to give you some advance notice of our planned website maintenance for January.

Saturday 9th: 10pm to 5pm Sunday 10th
Monday 11th: 10pm to 4am Tuesday 12th
Tuesday 12th: 10pm to 4am Wednesday 13th
Tuesday 26th: 11pm to 6am Wednesday 27th

You will not be able to log in to the website or Club Together during these times, and on the last date the website will be completely unavailable.

This work is essential because we are obligated, under PCI regulations and HMRC tax requirements, to maintain our systems at specific patch levels, both for Windows and for the applications themselves. These activities are generally performed out of hours, but sometimes require extended testing, which means they run into daytime hours. We always strive to keep these during times with the minimum impact, and apologise for any inconvenience caused during this essential work.

Made sticky in an effort to ensure everybody is aware.

Thanks Danielle for the heads up and the reasoning behind it, with any luck this will keep the negativity to a minimum Smile

Write your comments here...Thanks for the info Daniellec ,nice to see somebody from head office is on the ball.    It's not going to be a problem for the vast majority of the posters. They have a life outside forums.

Hi takethedogalong, yes it's a longer one I'm afraid!

Moulesy, PCI relates payment system. Yes, it must be maintained properly, but a little surprised that the whole site will be down, or at least CT will be. In my experience, payment systems are kept well away from the other web funtions for two main reasons. 1. Security. 2. Allow normall function of the rest of the web site.

Write your comments here...not a problem. Apologies for asking but it did stand out and it could have been an easy one to make! Thank you.
