I've started a thread just entitled 'Photos and Video' so as not to hi-jack the more specific Ipad related thread already started, Hopefully this will give people the opportunity to discuss any general questions related to photos and perhaps to experiment posting.

I deleted the failed attempt at posting a video and got the message " Removed by Moderator " I have no wish to be a moderator - Something wrong with the system ??

The best way to avoid this comment is by writing something in the box when you edit and then post it. Write something like 'Removed by Kennine'

Having cropped & resized to what I thought was a square photo to fill the avatar space obviously wasn't - still got grey Good to have a thread to practice on

There is a limit on size for photos 500kb, so a normal photo from most cameras will not upload they are around a 2mb file. Cannot upload from Flickr like before.
