Any idea how to permanently get rid of this irritating orange pop up box (have a question) on the bottom left of my screen.  Seems to have started this morning.

Thanks for notifying me of the issues with this - my colleague in the Digital Team has removed from Club Together.

Can we not just get shut of it all together?

It would be nice. On a small screen, it is probably more annoying than on a large monitor. Yes you can minimise it, but this locks up my iPad, so not terribly helpful.

On the book a club site page it usefully positions itself over the search button.☹️

The system is just a trial at the moment to see if it can help out with contact centre call volumes, it's an artificial intelligence which doesn't know a huge amount -yet- but several people are very busy teaching it based on what visitors are asking it.

Since we switched it on this morning visitors to the site have asked it just under 500 different questions and 66% of them have gone away happy - that is a lot of people who didn't have to pick up the telephone and wait for a free call centre person, or compose an email (and wait) to get an answer, so I think it's going quite well (so far)...

If it keeps this up we might have to think about giving it a name!

Are you responsible for this, FA? If so, you'd best get your tin hat readyπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Now, lets have a competition to find the best name.🀣πŸ€ͺ

Why can't we hit the 'X' and close it like any other chat box?

A few of those asking it questions would be the likes of me asking how the hell to shut it down!!

Let me guess what the majority of these 500 questions were .... WT* is this infernal orange box at the bottom of my screen that I can't get rid of? I used the chat today for the very first time to ask if we could get rid of it .... 'Rachel' would otherwise have been able to answer other questions had it not been for the orange box.

Now we've trialled it & the general consensus is that it's an orange PITA ..... please get rid wink

If the CC website was more intuitive then perhaps there'd be less need for questions in the first place.

That’s how it was on my phone this morning but at least it’s now vanished from the forum pages. If yours is still there, JR, try refreshing the page and/or clearing your cache.

And no probπŸ‘πŸ».
