Intermittent Fault

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to let you know that we have an intermittent fault on the Club Together platform that is being investigated and we hope to have a fix in place very soon.

Apologies to anyone affected by this and we will keep you updated on the progress of the fix.

It’s sadly reached the state of almost permanent fault with intermittent good bits 😢

It is really bad today, have found that it has been effecting all cc services

But they can and we know they can which is why this current state of affairs is unforgivably frustrating.

It is truely terrible. I have tried several times this afternoon and this is the first time I have managed not to get thrown out. As JVB says seems to be all services. Perhaps made worse by what ever they do to release March 2021, which went live this morning.
