CLOSED - Warning - Cambridgeshire has disappeared

Just tried to leave a review of a CL that we recently stayed at only to find that the Search and Book facility doesn't recognise Cambridgeshire. Strange as it did when I made the booking only a week or so ago yet this system seems to have wiped this county off the face of the UK.

If it doesn't reappear soon I will report this post to see if someone at Fawlty Towers could find it.

Funny but they are all there when one searches for a club site!! Are they trying to tell us something.....too many people using CLs as against club sites.

It seems that none of the English CLs will appear in the CL search section although those in Scotland and Wales do appear when selected. Has Kennine been up to his tricks with Navagator's assistance?Wink

Literally just sent an email to EG as I can't find North Yorkshire but oddly I can see a whole load of 'archived' CLs?? I'm sure hq will have a positive answer to the reason...they seem to find them don't they...

Your asking a lot there, paul. We seldome get a reasonable explaination from HO for any of the faults that occur on CT.

When problems with the system are "Reported" by the forum manager. Who are they reported to ? What happens to the reports?  Who is responsible for correcting the reported faults ?. And lastly why does the forum manager not get updates from the responsible person to allow her to update the members. ????

Don't know if i'm being cycnical Laughing but if this was a club site problem it would have been sorted in hours.  CL owners have just got to wait for the club to get back to work on Monday. Bet the club doesn't compensate CL owners for loss of business!

Perhaps a series of e-mails to HO by the Mods concerning this issue would do some good. They seem to take no notice of we "common" members.
