Changes since the February Update

Firstly, can anyone from the club state whether any of the maintenance actually affects CT, if so where we should see improvements?

Secondly, sometimes when looking at a thread, the actual space where members have posted  elongates, almost doubling in size. Not on all threads, just occasionally. Anyone else seen this happening?

Yeah thanks,

There are so many threads about the same  / similar problems it's difficult to know where to post undecided

Reminds me of General Chat!! wink

Oh, and the response from E.G is deafening!!

Yertiz,

If  you  find  the  same  troubles  in  future  then  post  your  comments  BUT  request  anybody  coming  on  shortly  after  to  'REPORT  YOUR  POST '  Thats  the  very  best  way  of  getting  it  to  the  attention  of  E G Towers.  It's  not  being  unkind  or  offensive  to  the  person  whose  post  has  been  reported,  it's  just  getting  their  comments  into  somebodies  'In  Basket'  !

Cheers ABM,

Although, I would think that if every post about the site was reported

E.G would go into meltdown!! wink

At least it might prompt a response?

The wide spaces seem to have disappeared. Plus photos are being displayed differently. If I go into M's Costa Rica thread which has lots, you now get a viewer, with little mini photos underneath, that you can scroll through. Presumably this is an enhancement, making it similar to stories.

Or as we have not been told of any changes, perhaps just a glitch.

Could  be  Y,  but  it  is  an  accepted  way  of  getting  the  problems  to  E G Towers  attention,  Wherenext ( I think ??)  did  that  to  me  on  a  similar  flaw  and  nobody  got  a  rollicking,  but  WN  got  my  thanks,  'cos  we  cannot  'Report'  our  own  posts

Hmm, strange one then as I still can't get onto the bookings page.

I can get site details but can't get onto the booking page!

I'm using Windows 10 & Chrome so I don't know what the problem is?

The only way I have found to do anything is to go into CT, hit quote on any post and that then lets me sign in and I can then get anywhere from that, or I have so far. We use Windows 10 and Firefox.

I cannot sign in by the normal route and almost every page comes up not found without signing in.
