Censorship?

Has anyone else posted a review of a CC site only to find that it has been removed? My review of the Edinburgh site after a recent stay was removed and I was advised that the matter was best dealt with as a complaint. I simply commented on the welcome (or more precisely lack of) that I had received on arrival. It would seem that some opinions are more valid than others. I would be interested to hear what others think.
