Can we have a new "stickied" discussion?

Can we have a new "stickied" discussion for (justifiably) moaning about (as many see, sometimes over zealous) moderation of the site?

We appreciate some posts need moving and if posts become offensive need closing BUT, if we have one "stickied" discussion, then the owners would be able to see how frustraited and demoralised the users get when they go to the effort of starting a discussion that they feel is valid AND is well participated in by other users, meaning it is of interest..... and then it is closed!

Where is this rule about certain items are only allowed to be in one single threads, this has happened a number of times now?

Doing this means that you cannot search for a thread of interest - such as this latest action to closed down the dog washing thread.

Why does any post mentioning dogs have to be in a single thread?  What if a new member wants to find how many dogs they can bring or what are the walks like at a certain park....or where they can wash their dogs.

Are we seriously asking them to trawl through a non specific "Dog" post to find the answers?
