A Suggestion

Because of all the problems that the new web site is having could those at HO close down the CT section, and other's that have relatively few visits or do not bring in any finance, and concentrate on sorting out the booking systems on club sites & CLs, which are the core business of the Club?  There are relatively few members who use CT on anything like a regular basis, 200 maybe, possibly 400, where as many thousands use use both the club sites and CLs

This is doing something good strange! Kept taking my go a thread started by Kennie soon after site reopened 😣.  Anyway enough of that.

I had cause to use live chat tonight. According to the agent, who was also having trouble located bits on the website. It is being worked on and will be sorted. 😂😂😂. I would imagine that they are getting a lot of flack.

Me, too. I keep getting this.

Sorry that was meant to be a screenshot of the erroneous page but it won't upload.

I give up.

This just keeps getting dafter and dafter. Now there are supposed to be 22 other posting on this subject, but when I try to go back to page one all I get is the Tread started by Kennine, and not mine. It's a complete disgrace. Even the thread that you closed David has lost a couple original responses. Come on HO please please please get this web site sorted out!!!  It's rubbish at the moment.

Rocky, have a look at the threqd in CL section -  Another CL bugbear and see the travails that Gail a CL owner is undergoing and then see if the job is a gud un.

This really shouldn't be happening.

WN, I can't speak for everyone nor would I try, that's why I posted-'usable for me' & it is usable for me-the job is a gud un(for me)smile

Perhaps you can explain how you achieve this utopian state, R2B, as for the majority the website is a total disaster. The fact that random bugs appear and disappear on a daily basis is clear indication that the IT team are totally out of their depth and haven't got a clue.

CY, mainly because I don't use most of the site, I use what suits me & for that it works just fine. Plus I don't have any 'ownership' issues, I don't expect much & it delivers to my expectations. Utopian state?, I think we both know that is a mythsmile

I found Bakers2 post encouraging quote “I had cause to use live chat tonight. According to the agent, who was also having trouble located bits on the website. It is being worked on and will be sorted. 😂😂😂. I would imagine that they are getting a lot of flack.”

Unfortunately can't get to read all the pages on this thread.  Ifind I can use CC for what I need to do - booking main sites etc. which I guess [& it’s only a guess] is what the vast majority of members use the site for so I hope the rest will be sorted to everyone’s satisfaction asap.

Still no response from HO about why this has happened.....am I surprise?   No in the least. They no longer care about anything that members think these days.
