When I was a kid....

I remember we used to go away in a Bedford Dormobile van to Bolton-Le-Sands, sometimes we stayed in on-site caravans  and I loved every minute 

What I could never understand though is how did they manage to replace the gas mantels? as I recall as soon as you touched them they fell to dust...... bugged me for years!  .......  Just sharin thoughts ...   [img]http://www.clicksmilies.com/s1106/ernaehrung/food-smiley-005.gif[/img]
