Telephone Report Line

There have been several posts on this forum since I've started following it, regarding older kids hanging around toilet blocks, playing footy near caravans etc etc

And the consensus has been to confront them or tell the warden

The fellow below confronted these kids and died.

There should be a dedicated telephone number, manned 24/7/365 for us to keep ourselves out of danger and inform the club of any unacceptable behaviour, as in the thread, Untidy Revellers http://www.caravanclub.co.uk/community/discussions/general-discussions/the-social-room/Untidy-revellers/rt/234267/

If this telephone number is implemented it could be manned by the community champions and staff on a rota basis thus keeping cost down

When a call is taken regarding a site (the sitter) would be able to contact the site warden using the sites (hotline) number and inform them of any unacceptable behaviour, which would keep members out of any confrontational situation, because we are there on holiday or taking a break and we are not there to police the site for the club.

It could quite easily be financed by the clubs price rise policy of little and often with a 50p increase in fees, which would give hundreds of thousands of pounds a year to implement this.  I am willing to pay any increase for safety reasons.

The telephone number could be along the lines of 01342 000-999 so it is easily remembered.

What do you think??
