So much for wind turbines!

I've arrived at Kessingland White House Beach to be told that they have had to set up an analogue television system as the nearby wind turbines have wrecked the digital television reception. I'm a bit confused- apparently the turbine company has paid for this- why couldn't they shell out for a digital replacement system? Perhaps Kessingland is too far out in the sticks for this?
