should I use liquid tyre sealants in my tyres

I have heard and read many discussions about maintaining spare tyres on caravans, how hard it can be to get the spare off the van when you have a puncture and how dangerous it is changing the spare on the road side. There is even a thread about tyre dealers not wanting to repair/replace tyres fitted with tyre on? In all these discussions I have never heard mention of tyre sealants such as Green Slime or Bi Tron. I used to run a shogun and because of the nature of its use I used to get a lot of punctures. I decided to use a sealant and never had another puncture. I have just changed my car for a VW Touareg and I am about to order a couple of bottles to do my car tyres and wondered whether to do my twin axle caravan at the same time as far as I can see from the experience with my car, I will have peace of mind that my tyres will always be at the right pressure and problems mentioned above will never enter my mind? Has anyone tried it and had problems or can anyone come up with a good reason not to put it in my caravan tyres?
