Is that a roll/mizzle pin holding the barrel in place? Or simply a screw that's holding the barrel in place?

Very very carefully with a drill I would suspect🤔 .... things are assembled these days with no consideration for future dis-assembly 😣
If it was a little bigger ... 5/32"ish .. I'd be tempted to drill & tap a hole & jury rig a slide hammer to remove it. All assuming a replacement barrel could be obtained.
