Pull out shower taps on new motorhome

Hi I am looking to buy first motorhome. I have been a caravaner for years but want to go touring now. I have found the perfect motorhome..almost..it has a bathroom tap that pulls out to make the shower head as well. Is there ANY way I can get this converted to a sink tap and separate shower head. I have looked at a few new motorhome and Swift seem to be doing this.
