York, Broadway, Moreton in Marsh for starters. Depends how far you want to walk really.

As you aren’t Members, you could use Searchforsites, UKCamping, as well as looking at Club Sites. Non Members are charged £13 extra per night, so depending on how long you choose to stay, it might be as cheap to join.

It may well  be difficult as it is this late to find pitches  depend on what area you are looking at and it will cost you £13 per night more not being a member

Not sure which part of the country you're looking at, watcho, but if you are members or thinking of joining, I'd add Cirencester Park to those suggestions.  Probably the most dog friendly site on the network - huge enclosed dog area on site and acres and acres of fields next door. Plus an easy walk through the park (where dogs are allowed off lead) into the town itself. smile

We have spent New Year on several sites, Moreton in Marsh was a favourite, we also liked Dulverton (Exmoor House.) The sites tend to fill up briefly and then empty out quickly! Depends if you want CAMC or not as TDA suggested.

Cardiff Caravan Park (no membership needed). - in 300 acres of parkland and within a stroll of the city - but that’s a blind guess as you don’t say where you live or how far you want to travel.

Hope they've upgraded the facilities, they were very grim when we visited.

Its council owned and the income is probably not put aside for the benefit of the site. It is some years since I last used it but they were passable then. It is the go to place when matches are on at the Millenium Stadium. I believe it was offered to the Clubs some years ago but there were no takers. I was told this was because the site could not be made secure, not that I have had any problems when I have stayed there, once on their car park for a donation in the charity box becasuse the site was full.

Not a comment on the OP's question, but it appears to have taken 2 weeks for this post to appear. If the OP was a prospective member then a delay such as this to a query would very likely put them off from joining.undecided

I noticed that undecided

It is accepted? that this club are terrible at giving information to members ,

Is it another of the WFH problems with lack of face to face working as in the past ,it seems everything is communicated via emails now which is very slow when waiting for replies

Just curious - how do earlier posters know the OP is not a member?
