For all out there with damaged/ broken ELLBEE DOOR HINGES, fear not, there is a solution
in the name of billsunhinged59@outlook.com
He makes bespoke replacement hinges, in my opinion far better quality than the fitted manufactures.
We took photos of the motor home door and sent them to Bill, we explained that the fly screen door has been removed since the hinge on the door had broken and he recommend to change all three hinges as these had 5 parts and to replace with four 3 part hinges ( the hinges fit the top and bottom holes perfectly, you can use the same holes).
We received the new hinges in 24 hours of ordering them.
TOOLS REQUIRED - screw driver, drill + bits, & pop rivet gun
METHOD - drill the heads off the old pop rivets and knock into door frame, remove the screws from the door side, then remove the hinge, replace with the new hinge, rivet in place and attach screws to the door, takes about 1/2 an hour per hinge. You do not remove the door.
