Just about to buy this motorhome engine seems small for a motorhome does anyone have one for advice thank you Steven

It probably is .. Depends how fast you are expecting to go uphill. If you are happy with a low gear crawl then it might be the one for you. Also of course depends what you will be carrying. Trouble is when you view and test drive they are usually empty which of course makes them go much quicker.

That depends on what 2ltr engine, your statement is rather sweeping.

we have a new 3.5t Motorhome with a 2ltr add blue engine, it returns over 30mpg travelling at 65mph, even on the A30 from Exeter to Truro it does not come out of 6th gear for any of the hills and certainly doesn’t crawl!!

Hi sorry for the confusion new to this didn't know I duplicated the van is a 2.0 diesel 2004 5 speed it doesn't seem to like hills have to go down to 4 th to maintain about 50 mph that's with it empty lol

Ps it's a fiat ducato a551

Luna have not made MH’s for a number of years. Op was asking about an oldish Leaky Luna  with a 5 speed box.

I was asking the age because older 2 litres struggled.

Lunar do still make MHs but I think the Champ is an older model.
