Posted on 22/11/2020 16:45 by TakethedogalongForget the dogs. Those five small ones wonβt weight as much as our two Labs, and we coped easily, including two bikes. Not everyone tours with the kitchen sink, and an iPad is a whole lot lighter than a typewriter!π

Posted on 22/11/2020 14:16 by DavidKlyneI have changed it now but agree that it can be annoying. I normally check links as they are added but as I had seen this story previously I missed this one. It is quite simple for posters to just select open link in new page?

I know how simple it is to open in a new page .... but looking at the link gives no clue as to whether you need to do so. Not so bad on a lap top but when on a phone you can very easily loose the original page ie CT in this case. On EVERY other forum I use, a link will automatically open in a new page/tab/window, but on CT it's a faff from start to finish to even make a clickable link! π£

I wouldnt have wanted to swap with this couple but admire the route they have taken after illness. However Its worth remembering that they have not "burnt their bridges" and still own a home to go back too. Like others have said good luck to them.

Never cease's to amaze me that intelligent people like these two seem to be go running to the press to display all and sundry to the world they will regret it.
Sorry for being a killjoy but there are so many things that can go wrong for them.
