Housing Associations Block the Parking of Caravans

Hi Everyone.

I wonder if members can help with this issue. I have just recently written to my housing association asking for permission to park my 2 birth caravan in a good size garden to the side of my home. They refused stating my tenancy agreement did not permit this. We love our van and thought moving into this new housing scheme would be the answer to our prayers given the big fenced off gardens to each home. I suppose my question is "do Housing Associations have the legal right to stop tenants parking a Caravan next their home?

Thank you for any responces.

Gerry
