Faulty advice on TV programme

The last Caravanchannel edition had some poor advice.  An 'expert' came on to show us all how to hook up and failed to mention or affix a breakaway cable.  They also showed us how to torque up our wheelnuts but he failed to loosen the nuts first, which would give a false reading if the nuts had been overtightened in the first place.  I sent them a message; they replied apologetically but gave no indication that they would show a future correction.  Do you think that I/we should take tis matter further?
