Damp issues in Auto Trail Imala

Hi

Anyone had any problems with damp/water ingress in Auto Trail Imalas or other models and getting repairs under warranty effected?   

We are having trouble getting our van, which we purchased new at the end of December 2018, repaired under warranty.   We have actual water ingress through the roof into ceiling locker cupboards and although we have had repairs approved, we have been waiting for some positive action on the part of Auto Trail and their approved repairer now for nearly a year! now 

We are becoming ever concerned with the arrival of winter, that the condition of our not inexpensive asset will deteriorate considerably if the problem is not now rectified without further delay.  

Unfortunately the dealer business we purchased from was sold so our claim is directly with Auto Trail.  We have now sought advice from Trading Standards and CMC legal team and a formal letter has been sent to Auto Trail.  We are waiting to see whether they respond and how they respond.  It is all too unnecessarily stressful.
