CC & CL Swipe Cards

My membership needs renewing end of Aug and after reading many threads about cards wondered would it be possible to have swipe cards.

Then when folk arrive on site the card is swiped and everyone knows the details are ok and membership hasnt ran out.

Ive only been a member 1 yr but have only been asked once to produce my card on a CL and once on a CC site.

Also, we have 2 cards, 1 always left in van so we never leave at home should we need to produce.

It could go down to a cost thing but the CC club membership is big business and we ought to protect the CL owners who could check with a database and swipe card.
