Are you a live-with-it or a must-fix-it?

We've just taken over a 2001 Coachman, and whilst it is a nice, sound 'van there are loads (to me) of little niggly daft things to fix. Examples; two of the cupboard stays, same as this one

had had their springs pop out of the plastic sleeve and several others were stiff due to the springs' plating coming off and causing them to bind on said sleeve. Half an hour to take all of them apart and with some Pledge to lubricate them and they're now all tickety-boo. Sticky/stiff external locks, 10 minutes blowing some graphite lock lube into them, all sorted. Two of the retaining catches on drawers had come loose (one had fallen off entirely, together with the wooden bar it was mounted on), again ten minutes, some new wood screws and glue, sorted. There are several other little things like this which must surely have niggled at the previousl owners, but I can only assume they were better at living with minor annoyances liek that than me! What say you?
