"My wife and I" are seriously considering buying the Devon LWB Firefly Campervan and wondered if anyone has one or used to have one and what their thoughts are about it?

We looked at one seriously but ended up buyng an Autotrail V line 600, liked the layout of the Firefly and the Transit base but would be concerned about security of the Transit now.

We looked at the hightop, not the rising roof model.

WE tend to go away between 4 weeks and 7 weeks a few times a year plus a long break in December. This would not suit OH who has a tendency towards claustrophobia. If I was solo though it would be great

You would be most welcome to join the Facebook based Devon Motorhomes Owners Group. We have many prospective buyers of Devon motorhomes (all models) joining and receiving much help and advice from existing owners. You just need to answer three simple questions to be accepted for membership.

I would certainly advise the LWB with high top with you expect to spend a lot of time in it.
