Caravan Countdown

Just curious....do you work as a team. have a tried and trusted checklist, pack up a lot of items a few days or longer before you go?...whats your set off routine? We work as a team but I always have a panic the morning before we go away, I tend to get the fridge cold the night before and pack up what we can and hang the clothes in the wardrobe and stock up the 'larder' but the morning is the usual last minute bits and sorting the house out, sort the cats and chickens...always left a bit stressed until we are finally on our way and excited. Does anyone have an easy method/routine?
