One of our aging moggies has what seems to be an inflamed growth coming out of one of the pads of her paws. The vet has tried antibiotics, anti-inflammatories and today has tried steroids - but she says she has seen nothing like it. The next option is amputation of the toe but I'm not sure that the poor puss will survive surgery as she is 21/22 and had a heart murmur. Has anyone seen or heard of anything like this?
