Just been researching the origins of several pedigree dogs. Take for example the Miniature Schnauzer, this is the result of crossing the standard schnauzer with other breeds including the poodle and the affenpinscher. Isn't this just the same as those modern crosses lite cockerpoos we see today? The standard schnauzer itself was also the product of cross breeding too as were all the recognised so called pedigrees we see today!
