Anyone else keen runners on here?

I'm currently doing a run streak, at least 1.5 miles every single day. Just completed my first month and have set my target at a year.

The wife and I enter numerous events through the year, mostly 10K's and Half Marathons plus some trail events in Wales and the Lakes, we're also regular Parkrunners with Leamington Spa being our home event.

Have entered my first off road Ultra next year which I'm a little bit nervous about, but sure I'll be ok. 50K in the Lakes, what could possible go wrong :)

Slippery slope mate those ultras.

You'll soon be wanting to do multi day events.

Look on the Runner's World forums for the JW Ultra, a brilliant run from Stratford upon Avon to Bournville up the canal towpaths.

The last time I ran properly was in 2006 when I did the Marathon of Britain, 175miles over 5 days. Knackered my knee and haven't been able to run since. (Osteoarthritis in right knee)
